Black Beauty was with Hopes, Dreams and Horses since 2001. She was born all black with a white star on her forehead, but with each birthday her face became more beautiful and bright with silver hair.
Beauty was an amazing girl, and was still going strong at the age of twenty five! She was what we call a "packer" She'd pack the kids around happily all day long!
Beauty was our choice when teaching the art of body clipping which is shaving a horse from head to toe! She would stand like a statue for the several hours it takes to do this. Beauty had a condition called Cushings disease which caused her to grow too much hair so she had to be shaved every 6 - 8 weeks to keep her cool in our Florida sunshine.
Sadly our Beauty crossed the rainbow bridge to be young and free forever on July 3rd, 2013
With your monitary contribution, you can help HDH pay her final vet bill and although Beauty can never be replaced we are in need of a sweet lesson pony to carry the kids Beauty no longer can.
Beauty was an amazingly patient pony that loved her job and was willing to take care of anybody.
THANK YOU BEAUTY FOR ALL YOU DID FOR THE KIDS!
YOU ARE MISSED!
